after several months, finally a chance to create a blog can be made,

for today I'm making a program that can be used to upload and download data, hopefully could be useful for anyone who would use them.

to upload files are used by some teachers and admin which uploads the data will be stored in accordance with the subject will then be downloaded by the students. teacher and administrator can provide the latest news and will be displayed on the first page.

This program is very simple, can be used as study materials.
